ThianneMartins

I help people and organisations to build inner resources that turn knowledge into living, healthy connection and effective collaboration.

I work
with people

Each human being is an entire universe — yet we spend our days collecting concepts about ourselves without noticing that self-knowledge, on its own, is not enough. My work is to help individuals and groups to build the inner structures, the emotional vocabulary, to learn and apply practices that let real collaboration and healthy human connection become a living reality.

The Individual Space

Individual care & personality mapping

One-to-one processes to decode inner patterns, hold crises and challenges, and restore your centre — through Transpersonal Psychotherapy, the Enneagram, Non-Violent Communication, Gender Literacy, Mindfulness.

Relational Intelligence in Practice

Group facilitation & organisational and connection design

Collective interventions for the design of human connection. Design Thinking strategically applied to organisational processes to boost collaboration and environments of psychological safety.

Everything I do lives between two movements — the intimate work of turning inward, and the relational work of designing how people meet, communicate and collaborate.

Care for the inner world

So connection can happen on a firm ground

  • Transpersonal Psychotherapy

Decoding inner patterns, welcoming crises, and restoring your centre — body, mind, emotion and spirit.

  • Relational Intelligence

Building the inner resources and emotional vocabulary that let you relate with clarity and presence.

  • Authentic Communication

Refining expression, listening and how to set healthy boundaries — so organic exchange becomes everyday.

Individual work · Personality mapping with Enneagram

The Enneagram

A map back to the essence

A wisdom of more than 3,000 years, the Enneagram is a map of human consciousness. Its nine types reveal the unconscious motivations behind our patterns — and nine distinct paths back to balance, within ourselves and in our relationships, leadership and style of communication.

  • Recognize the patterns that run behaviors

  • Understand the unconscious motivations beneath them

  • Communicate across the nine styles, for better relationships

Approach

One integrated process — four dimensions

Whether with an individual or a group, I work across an inner and an outer axis — combining deep self-awareness with practical individual and collective results.

Internal

Working on fears, beliefs and the roots of how we communicate — the basis for new forms of action.

External

Practising tools and skills with structured guides, scripts and real situations.

Individual

Integrating new skills into deeper self-awareness, presence, centredness and energy management.

Collective

Acting with systemic and individual perception, from a facilitative stance that moves across levels of consciousness.
